This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The Cat House

In the blueberry forest lies the tiny, tiny cat house with no straight angles. The cat house offers peace and quiet and protection from rain and wind. You sleep in a fold-out bed (140 cm) with clean bed linen. The bed is a low bed (25 cm high). In Katthuset, there is a kettle, heating and a tower. Own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower next door. There is an option to buy a simpler breakfast to eat in the house, on the porch or alternatively in the Dragon House. The accommodation is located a mile from Ullared with the large department store Gekås.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Alte Försterei

September Special: Pick apples in the garden and make apple compote, apple pie and dried apple rings to your heart's content! The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

Paradise by the lake

Welcome to a newly built small cottage right on the waterfront where you can enjoy regardless of the weather. Well-sized wood-fired hot tub with bubble system and LED lighting, electric sauna and large veranda with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue area, as well as beautiful views of Laxsjön where you can easily take a refreshing dip in the clear water with a sandy bottom via the sauna steps.

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 10th until October 19th in 2025.
