The house is located next to one of the "seven sports", historic entrance doors to the historic center of Castel Del Monte, nestled between the two towers on the east side of the village. It is small and cozy, easily reachable with a short staircase taking via Giuseppe Verdi and then turning under the arch on the right. The position on the east side makes it very bright,even in winter, with a view that ranges from the crest of Capo la Serra to the northeast, and the Majella mountains to the southeast.
