The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Loft-like living in downtown Rottweil - in the former stable from the middle of the 15th century, completely fresh and high-quality renovation. The space extends over the entire depth of the narrow property from the alley (towards the black gate; 200 m away) to the medieval courtyard overlooking the Gothic cathedral tower. Beautiful, cozy apartment, just 45 minutes from Lake Constance and the many gorges in the Black Forest. The Titisee is only 40 minutes away, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen in Switzerland can be reached in 1 hour. Go shopping in Constance on Lake Constance or take bike tours along the Danube. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beach chair lounge in the shared garden area. Our grill can be used on request.
