It's on the 3rd and top floor of the residence (no lift), with a balcony where you can eat and enjoy an aperitif in peace and quiet. There's also a private cellar for storing your bikes, with an electric socket for recharging. Ideally located, the Balaruc-Les-Bains thermal baths are 450 metres away and the Etang de Thau and its beaches are 200 metres away.
