Charming little studio (12 m² + shower room), very functional, on the ground floor of a quiet villa in Balaruc-le-Vieux. Equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). Shower and real comfortable bed in 140. Private closed parking. Local by bike. Small terrace. Special rate for spa guests (duration 21 days) depending on the period. Sheets (140 bed), bath towels, shampoo and soap with supplement per stay of €20. Cleaning to be done by the guest upon departure.

Cosy studio close to the thermal spa and the beach

Our cosy studio awaits you! This flat has been completely refurbished and has all the facilities you'll need for a pleasant stay. It's on the 3rd and top floor of the residence (no lift), with a balcony where you can eat and enjoy an aperitif in peace and quiet. There's also a private cellar for storing your bikes, with an electric socket for recharging. Ideally located, the Balaruc-Les-Bains thermal baths are 450 metres away and the Etang de Thau and its beaches are 200 metres away.
