Der Garten kann mit genutzt werden & es gibt auch einen sicheren Abstellplatz für Auto, Fahrräder, Boot, etc. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Dorfkern des mittelalterlichen Städtchens Torroella de Montgri. Zum Meer mit kilometerlangen Sandstrand sind es 6 km, die einfach mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder Bus zurückgelegt werden können.

Built in 1792, this family-owned masía (farmhouse) is located in Mont-ras on 10 hectares, and is just 3 km to the beach. This Boutique Hotel has fruit trees, an olive orchard, and a large swimming pool. A walking and bike path are next to the house. The masía is fully renovated with all the modern conveniences but maintains its rustic charm. Each unique bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, and wifi. Breakfast is included (8:00-10:00). Adults only.

Welcome to this property with a sea view located in Llança. This small Spanish coastal village, far from the typical crowded tourist areas that can be found in other parts of the Costa Brava. It nevertheless has a well-developed tourist infrastructure and numerous bars and restaurants as well as free parking everywhere. There are several beaches and coves as well as numerous walks (coastal GR, trails in the mountains, walks in Cap de Creus...).

Very close to the FAGEDA D'EN JORDÀ and all the most touristic towns in Garrotxa. Subject to payment of the tourist tax of €1, plus 10% IVA, per person and night (exempt from the eighth night and longer of a continuous stay), according to regulations of the Tax Agency of Catalonia.
