Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces.
