The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Annex apartment for 2 people. In a green setting with a terrace (use in consultation) and yet close to the city. Perfect base for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn train (10-minute walk), you are in the center in about 30 minutes. The hallway and terraces are shared with the landlord. The price is for one person (+ €20 for a second person/night).
