Our beautifully renovated 140 m² design apartment is located in the charming village of Münsing, just 2 km from Lake Starnberg. Bright and spacious, the apartment opens onto a large wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Alps and, on clear days, all the way to the Zugspitze. A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. Whether you are visiting with family, spending a few days with friends, looking for an escape into nature or simply wanting to slow down and recharge, the apartment offers a spacious and peaceful home away from home in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful regions. Charming accommodation with garden in the Isar Valley

Location: Our house is quiet and green, in the middle of the beautiful Isartal. Nature lovers, cyclists and hikers get their money's worth here. The Isar is only a walk away, Munich can be reached in 25-40 minutes, depending on the location. The S-Bahn 7 (every 20 minutes Hauptbahnhof- Wolfratshausen) is about 1100 m away on foot in about 15 minutes. ❗️A washing machine is available, but it is not freely accessible. You are welcome to leave your laundry with us in specially provided laundry bags; we will personally take care of it and return it to you either washed (for you to hang up yourself) or washed and dried. Upon request, we can provide you with a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. For each wash or drying cycle, including detergent, we kindly ask for a small contribution of two euros per load.❗️ Shopping facilities: For shopping there are two larger shopping centres, AEZ 2,4 km, Edeka and two discounter Lidl 3km and an Aldi 2,4km. A beautiful farm with fresh milk, cheese, sausage and eggs can be reached in 20 minutes walk; a vending machine there is open daily, even on weekends from 8 am to 8 pm. Every Wednesday there is a wonderful weekly market 1.3 km away in the town centre; there is also a bakery with a small café and a kiosk with a post office. We ask for strict compliance with the smoking ban. In the outdoor area this is of course allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
