Emplacement exceptionnel sur le port , 100 m du centre ville et 15 mn à pied de la plage. Havre de paix bien que sur le port avec vue sur mer et dans le centre. Jardin agréable et ombragé. Barbecue, table et salon de jardin extérieur.

Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In 2023 renovated, high-quality and lovingly furnished 1-bedroom flat in the heart of the pedestrian area of Sanary, yet very quiet. By foot the port is only 100 meters and the beaches are only 400 meters away. Each room of the flat is nicely bright with the same stunning view (SW-direction) on the old town of Sanary. From the balcony you'll enjoy the beautiful daily sunsets.
