Cozy holiday home in the first row to the Mediterranean

My house is in the first row facing the water. It is a house of 124 m2 spread over 2 floors. There is a small garden and balcony. It provides a really good setting for a nice holiday by the water. It is ideally located in relation to the golf courses and sightseeing along the coast and inland. It is also very suitable for relaxing by the pool or in the garden and for walks on the beach. Original finca, totally renovated with a fantastic view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Enjoy the tranquility or make an excursion to Gibraltar or Europas most southern point Tarifa by the Atlantic coast. Or why not to Marocco-on the African continent. Otherwise is Puerto Banus only 30 minutes drive. Summertime this house is only rented to the guests who rent the big house ("Amazing finca in the mountains of Casares")otherwise it remains closed. Apartamento totalmente renovado con excelentes vistas al mar en Estepona (Urbanización Bahía Dorada), a 50metros de la playa. Ideal para una pareja pero con capacidad para 4 personas (1 cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio y dos sofás cama muy cómodos en el salón). Está situado en un entorno tranquilo y muy bonito, con piscina y pk en la urbanización. Está a 7 minutos en coche del centro urbano y 2 del supermercado. Está cerca de Marbella, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Ronda y otros destinos de interés

A fantastic 3-bedroomed villa, plenty of outdoor space, a few meters from the beach enjoying lovely sea views, Casa Maura has the charm of an Andalusian home, fully equipped for contemporary living. The Bahia Dorada heritage community is known for lush gardens and its five superb swimming pools. With direct access to the coastal path, Estepona and La Duquesa are in reasonable walking distance. There is free parking next to the villa, the supermarket and shops are just five minutes’ drive away.

Huset har privat jacuzzi på uteplatsen med utsikt över havet som passar perfekt för att njuta av sommarkvällen eller värma sig under kallare vinterdagar. I området finns en gemensam pool cirka 30 sekunder från entrén. Huset är 85kvm och har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum ,vardagsrum och kök. Fri parkering finns i området. Wifi och luftkonditionering finns.

Surrounded by the best golf courses in Spain and thanks to its 5G Wifi great for teleworking online while you rest. Also a great plan for families with children. 500 metres from the beach and close to Estepona-Casares-Sotogrande. Pets welcome. The distribution of kitchens may vary according to flat allocation.
