L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

La Era de Cal Peró is a two-storey house with capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a foldatin in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow you to go out to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.
