The homestead additionally owns the bank of the Neris River, 600 m away, with a wonderful view. On the shore there is a rest area with a hot tub, sauna (heating costs extra) and a spacious gazebo with an outdoor kitchen.

Welcome to "Paliepės - Forest Homes", "Maple", our forest house nestled in the middle of nature. If you're eager to escape your daily routine and spend time in nature with a close friend (s), family, or solo, this is the perfect place for you. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities, volleyball, basketball, and a hot tub (daily price - 60 EUR, second day - 30 EUR), or take a walk along the forest paths. This House was completely remodeled in 2023, everything new and it smells new :) 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 plus 1/2 half bath and fully updated kitchen. Close walk to Center of town just across Neris river and close to Amazing Vilnius Old Town, 20 minutes walk. Easy parking on the street. Parking is paid during business hours in a “Green Zone” on Vytauto street, at a minimal hourly rate and free between 18:00-6:00 and Weekends. 5-10 min walk to IKI or Maxima for groceries.

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 100€ and sauna for 120€ Nearest shop is 2km away.
