Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Nice apartment, very functional with a great location in the historic center of Badalona. Charming, renovated studio in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a house built in 1923. It is very old and does not have an elevator; access is via somewhat narrow stairs. Private entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable 135 cm (5 ft 5 in) bed, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, induction stovetop, and washing machine, as well as tableware for two people. It is important to know that the listing has check-in and check-out via electronic codes, so there is no concierge service or physical staff at the property. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your check-in until the day of your check-out. There is no Reception/concierge. No physical staff. You will be pleased to know that the accommodation is located in a very old neighborhood of the city with pedestrian streets and a lot of charm. The neighborhood is quiet; however, we should note that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and at night. There is also a school next door that is open during the week from September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (€1.75/person/night). This fee is charged separately through a payment gateway or bank transfer.

Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons.
