The house is equipped with modern beauty, high quality and with 50 sqm of terrace also offers many amenities in the outdoor area. In 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms, 3 adults and 2 children can live. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby cot can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a generously designed living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob, and high-quality kitchen equipment with all the equipment. Cooking can become an experience together... On the same floor are the parent area with bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house at ground level with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a games room and a children's bathroom with rain shower.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly with many original design classics (e. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

Plenty of space for families and friends. Beautifully located between Wörthsee and Ammersee. Munich can be reached by public transport. Lake is close by. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Beautiful, cozy tiled stove. Zip line. Lake is close by. It is a paradise for the young and old. Free charging station for electric cars. Also a modern gas grill with gas. The jogging route around the lake is fantastic and is about 11 km.
