Das Haus liegt in einer weitläufig bebauten Streusiedlung, die Entfernung zum nächstgelegenen Haus beträgt ca. 50 Meter. Außer den Gästen wohne ich als Gastgeber im Haus, die fest vermietete Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat einen separaten Eingang von außen. Der Gästezugang befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ich als Gastgeber benutze den extra Eingang im Kellergeschoss.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level. It's surrounded by forest and meadows. You will enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and far away from the noisiness of citys.
