The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
