This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

A dining table is arranged with a woven basket containing various fruits and vegetables. Surrounding the table are four blue chairs, while the walls are decorated with framed mountain and animal photography, adding artistic touches to the space.

Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.
