Whether skiing, hiking, city strolls in Rosenheim or a day trip to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck, the location is perfect! (Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
