Our beautiful spa town of Bad Abbach is located on the Danube, as well as 13 km south of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg and 18 km from the Lower Bavarian town of Kelheim with the magnificent Altmühl Valley and the Danube Gorge with the famous Weltenburg Monastery. Both places can be reached in about 15-20 minutes. We are happy to provide tips and information.

The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, biking or SUB-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
