Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Ta ett morgondopp i sjön eller sitt och mys framför vedspisen. Vid sjön finns också en vedeldad bastu som ni får använda fritt mot en avgift. Det är en speciell upplevelse man inte vill missa. Tivedens nationalpark med sin lättillgängliga och vilda natur är ett populärt utflyktmål vi verkligen rekommenderar. Vi tipsar gärna om turer.

Lakan och badlakan finns att låna för SEK100/person. Bed linen + bath towel = SEK100/person. Lägenheten ligger mycket centralt i separat gårdshus och består av 1 rum, kök och dusch/wc fördelade på 43 kvm. I sovrummet finns delbar dubbelsäng, garderob, soffgrupp med tv. I köket finns diskbänk, spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, samt övrig utrustning. En sängplats finns i köket. Dessutom finns två hopfällbara turistsängar och en resesäng för småbarn. Frys finns i ett förråd intill.

Stugan erbjuder i dagsläget 3 enkelsängar men finns även möjlighet till bäddsoffa och barnsäng + spjälsäng m.m. 230v elektricitet, kommunalt avlopp (dusch + vattentoalett) med sjövatten i kranen. I köket finns spis med ugn, mikro och kyl. Lakan och handdukar finns mot tvättavgift 100sek/set (kontant). Välkomna!

Nybyggt attefallshus med absolut bästa läget på nordens längsta insjöbad och en av Sveriges finaste stränder. Med promenadstråk, caféer och restauranger är det en plats som har något för alla. Det långgrunda, rena vattnet ligger skyddat i en vik som är perfekt för surfing och kajak. Nära till padelbanor, tennisbanor, minigolf. Inga husdjur tillåtes. Lakan/handduk medtages själv, men kan hyras för 100 kr/person. Tillställningar/partyn undanbedes. Vattenpipor/rökning ej tillåtet!

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
