Our guesthouse is located in Szattán, a small village in the Őrség region. The cottage has a sauna and a small garden with a fire pit, and right below the house is the village orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a small refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle. You'll find everything you need for cooking and eating. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate for those over 18 years of age is HUF 400 per person per night. The fee for using the sauna is HUF 10000 per heating.

The wonderful village of Tilaj-Tilajújhegy is located in the heart of the Zala hills. 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available to guests. The well-designed, fully equipped kitchen and dining room can be the perfect place for family and friends gatherings. There are also opportunities for basketball, badminton and football in the yard. The area can be an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours.

Far from the paved road, the noise of the world, the white adobe house of Kereseszeg stands in the forest. We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. The old barn has become an apartment with a private bathroom. Covered terrace, dining set, barbecue.

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Cabin Balaton is an accommodation where those who come to us can simultaneously enjoy the hustle and bustle of Lake Balaton, hike in the forests of the Balaton Uplands National Park that start next to the cabin, or even curl up in bed all day, enjoying the view through a full wall of glass, which is actually the forest itself. All this in a clean, natural, wood-clad, modern, Scandinavian-style cabin house, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Balaton.

Which Apartment

You will be close to everything by staying in this central but still quiet place. Nice view from the balcony, equipped kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, large Smart TV, working corner. If needed, I can also provide an electric scooter and/or bicycle for the duration of the stay. In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax of 500 HUF/person/night is payable in Zalaegerszeg. This can be done on site in cash or by transfer.

Gyöngy Apartment

Our two-room apartment with balcony is located on the first floor of a condominium building a few minutes from the city center, yet in a quiet location (no elevator). The entrance is monitored by a security camera from the outside. Parking is free in front of the house, but it is also easily accessible by public transport. Nearby restaurants and sports facilities and playgrounds await you and your children in the adjacent park.
