The house is located in Kocakoy, a locals-only spot with unspoilt. Shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Sivrice Bay and Sokakağzı are only a 15-20 minutes drive away. 10 minutes to the ancient city of Apollon Smitheion. 30 minute away from the ancient city of Assos.
