The apartment has all the amenities: - Washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in closets, a living-dining room, a full bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. Individual entrance and access to the garden from the terrace. This season we will pay special attention to the appearance, cleanliness in the apartment and health security against the coronavirus. La Casa de Lucía is a spacious 3 bedroom house in downtown Ayamonte. It is distributed in an entrance-living room-kitchen of 45 square meters, with a balcony to the street. 3 bedrooms, two of them double with 160cm beds (15 square meters each) and another with two 90cm beds (10 square meters). Each room has access to an interior patio decorated with plants. Two 6-square-meter bathrooms with shower and natural lighting with skylights. Hot/cold air in each room.
