Enjoy this newly built elegant accommodation with water-based underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart television With private patio in south-facing location and barbecue (coal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Cozy guest cottage in rural idyll

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Walliska Svartnos sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Gallgrinda, Seahouse

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Lill-stugan

Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Fixa grillning nere vid sjöstugan. Promenera i skogen. Åk till Kvarnsjön och bada ca 1 km från stugan.

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn, this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children living on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We don't have other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
