Smart television With private patio in south-facing location and barbecue (coal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Welcome to enjoy this carefully renovated house from the turn of the century with a fully-equipped kitchen, shower & toilet. Read a book in the hammock and enjoy all the flowers and plants in the garden. Take a short walk to Lake Mälaren for a swim before you start the barbecue on the balcony and enjoy the evening sun that goes down over the meadow. Here you will find tranquility and beautiful nature, while it is only 35 minutes to Stockholm, 20 minutes to cozy Mariefred and only ten minutes to Vidbynäs Golf Club in Nykvarn.

Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Walliska Svartnos sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Fixa grillning nere vid sjöstugan. Promenera i skogen. Åk till Kvarnsjön och bada ca 1 km från stugan.

Bright apartment on a rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn, this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children living on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We don't have other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
