The farm is 3 minutes from the A25, A29 and A1 motorways. 10 minutes from the city of Aveiro and 15 minutes from the beaches Costa Nova and Barra.

Guest house is separate from my place but in the same property. The property is very well located 500m from the ria and 850m from the beach, where Arte Xávega is still practiced.
