Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

You will be warmly welcomed in a bright annex with a large covered terrace overlooking the woods of the Monte Mesma reserve, in a 1700s house lovingly renovated a stone's throw from Lake Orta. Kitchenette and dining area on the terrace. The beautiful surroundings are rich in history and stories that, if you want, we will be happy to tell you. The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Siamo felici di ospitarvi nel nostro appartamento, è situato al terzo e quarto piano di una palazzina di recente costruzione. Si trova in una zona tranquillissima immersa nel verde e con una vista di 180º sull'incantevole lago d'Orta. Io sono Matteo e gestisco questa locazione insieme a mia moglie Francesca. Abitiamo a 10 minuti di distanza e siamo felici di consigliarvi mete e destinazioni dei nostri meravigliosi luoghi. E' necessario essere automuniti.

Cottage in the woods with Finnish sauna

Our small house looks like a comfortable and cute 45 m2 studio with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (an extra fee is required) completely covered with lime wood and heated with the wood-burning stove (as in the real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower stall, and a bucket for the waterfall of fresh water. Outside, ample green space with pool , canopy and barbecue.
