TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Access via the apartment building staircase / self check-in. Parking available right in front of the house. Siebentischwald / Eiskanal / Zoo / Botanical Garden within walking distance; city center about 2 km away (by bus: 5 min walk to stop line 32; approx. 10-minute drive to Moritzplatz). Other amenities: small fridge and kettle. Dogs are welcome.

Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
