A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

You can expect a cozy and lovingly furnished 1.5-room apartment (45 sqm) with a kitchen, bathroom, terrace and a beautiful view of nature as well as parking right outside the door. Public transport is a 3-minute walk, the forest is a 10-minute walk away. Shopping in the neighboring village or in Backnang (3 or 7 min by car).
