Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

We have newly furnished the terrace overlooking the countryside with a nice seating area and a great beach chair. We're sure you'll feel at home here.

The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.
