Usami is located between Atami Station and Ito Station. Usami Seaside is a 5-minute walk from the station.Located 1 minute to the sea. It is a gentle descent from the station. Atami and Ito have many hills, but even with a large carry, you can easily arrive on foot. (Stairs will be up to your unit on the second floor!) The city that flourished with the sea is compact. You can eat and shop on foot. A safe and quiet city surrounded by mountains and the sea, with unattended sales offices. Stylish cafe bars, old houses, and restaurants. There are also plenty of restaurants close to the area and places that are loved by locals. Work at a desk with a view of the sea or take a stroll along the coast for a change of scenery. Have lunch at a stylish cafe... At the beach, a 1-minute walk away, you can enjoy surfing, bodyboarding, and fishing, and a short walk away, you can look for crabs and play in the sand on the sandy beach, and children can also enjoy themselves. Why not relax in a quiet coastal city? Ito is 5 minutes by one station.Atami is also 4 stops and 18 minutes. It is also convenient as a tourist base on the Izu Peninsula. Our accommodation is a rental villa in Atami Nature Township.It is surrounded by a lot of nature and in a very quiet environment, with a 3LDK 100sqm and a lot of space.Two cars can be parked. You can see the beautiful coast from the viewing hill.､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､ Sagami Bay is a superb view.Early risers can also enjoy the sunrise from Sagami Bay. You can enjoy a hot spring bath in the bathroom, but there is no public bath like a hot spring facility.The bathtub is for home use, and there is only one shower.In the case of a large number of people, please use the time staggered. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, etc. in the surrounding area, and we do not provide meals because we have an entire house.However, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, an oven oven, a pot, a dish, etc., so you can cook your own meals. Internet wifi uses optical lines to connect stress-free. For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance to the parking lot and are not available in the room. Recently, the refrigerator's ice making function is broken, and it is ok for refrigerating and freezing.

At dawn and sunset, anytime you can visit to the shore. No limit, no wall, only the Horizon and the Sky. Inside this house is fully renovated for comfortable staying. Here is where you will be able to get relaxed the entire time. You need to walk up stairs but I am sure it is worth it...you will see the great ocean view up there!
