From April 15: We have prepared the pool for summer, and the water temperature is at least 25 degrees. Fall - Winter - Spring: The pool is not in operation. There is no indoor kitchen, “only” outdoor cooking, but there is a fireplace, AC, and a sauna! If you like challenges, this is the place for you… if you like comfort and this isn't for you, no problem!!! We'll see you next year! Sit back and relax in this calm, stress-free place. This is a great place for those who explore the bustling world of Budapest during the day and come home here to this peaceful oasis.

Design wooden house at the foot of the Mátra with private forest wellness. Relax in our tub or in our popular double swing, everything here is for your relaxation. On cooler days, enjoy the beneficial effects of our wood-fired Finnish sauna. In our two-storey cottage, we await you with a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, a comfortable living room with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower, a spacious bedroom on the first floor, and a reading corner. Villa Limhamn - Őrbottyán

We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove.
