Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

On the ground floor of the building, which is designated as a work of art by the state, there is a studio that can accommodate up to 5 people. It includes 2 lofts with 1 double and 1 semi-double bed respectively, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for your sleep. It has a large yard and garden. Feel the freedom to do everything on foot as the house is in the center of Astakos, just 1 minute from the market, 5 minutes from the beach and the beach for swimming. The AMA is 1922781.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

Spacious, bright, with everything you might need. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is a large elevator. A 10-minute walk from the central town square. You will find a bakery, supermarket, barbershop, coffee shop, and pastry shop within 50 meters. Parking is relatively easy on the street.
