Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

It includes 2 lofts with 1 double and 1 semi-double bed respectively, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for your sleep. It has a large yard and garden. Feel the freedom to do everything on foot as the house is in the center of Astakos, just 1 minute from the market, 5 minutes from the beach and the beach for swimming. The AMA is 1922781.
