The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

130 sqm bright, spacious apartment in a quiet residential area. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, space for 10 people. Open dining and living area with spacious kitchen (equipped) and balcony. Bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Separate guest toilet! Shower room in the basement. Loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the city. Quietly located and yet in the middle of it - just a few steps from the market square. The spacious, loft-like design creates an open atmosphere and can accommodate up to six guests. High-quality king-size beds in all three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure maximum comfort. Dream apartment on the southern slope

Top modern industrial style paired with exceptionally tasteful furnishings make this accommodation a special experience on vacation or working. The great , exposed location right on the southern slope of the Hohenasperg is very nice close to nature and quiet , but only a 4-minute walk to the S-Bahn station towards Stuttgart or Bietigheim, Shopping facilities e.g. dm , bakery , REWE , butcher... only 120 m away, heated outdoor swimming pool 500 m away

Cozy and quiet location.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place on 38 m2. It is a starting point for walks or the jogging track. Asperg train station is a 5-minute walk. S-Bahn train to Ludwigsburg: 3 minutes S-Bahn from LB - to Stuttgart: 25 - 30 minutes. The outdoor pool Asperg can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Infrastructure (within 5 km) Max 2 people. All requests beyond that we will unfortunately have to decline/ cancel.

The motto is home away from home. For all those who have to do with the region professionally and like to have "their own four walls" around them. Come home in the evening, relax and discover the region from time to time. Whether by car or public transport. The location is ideal. Also suitable for a short vacation to get to know the region of Baroque and wine. A small terrace invites you to soak up the morning sun.

Friendly, bright garden apartment

A very nice, newly furnished 2-room apartment, just 2 km away from the market square. Since I travel a lot for work, guests have the apartment to themselves. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need. If you need to do your laundry, a washing machine is available to you. Fresh towels and linens are included. Extra: For longer stays, a cleaner and a shopping service can be booked.
