Hierbei handelt es sich um eine vor kurzem renovierte, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene 2 ½ Zimmer Nichtraucherwohnung mit 44 qm und einem großem, sonnigen Balkon im 1.Stock. Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung Brennerei ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Ferienhof Obertor. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

You are looking for a two-room apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the highway feeder (2 min) and B14 (3 min). Then you are in the right place. The apartment is located in a central location: 3 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to downtown, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (organic market 5 min walk, Aldi 10 min walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people ( sofa bed and bed)

The beautiful 2.5-room apartment is on the ground floor of our house in the district of Rielingshausen. It can accommodate 2-4 persons. The bed is 1.80 m wide. The 3rd and 4th guests can make themselves comfortable on the new sleeping couch in the living room. Of course, free Wi-Fi/LAN as well as hand & bath towels, a kitchen with dining table, a living room and a beautiful terrace are at your own disposal. In addition, there is a 1-room apartment on the ground floor.

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. The apartment is located in a modern wooden house, surrounded by meadows and forests with beautiful mountain bike trails and hiking trails.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

Here you have the Landgasthof Hohly, a general store which is open 7 days a week, a cafe with bakery, the post office and two bank branches. The next major cities are Weinsberg and Heilbronn. There is a key safe, so you can arrive at any time.
