In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Nu finns möjligheten att hyra ett mysigt hus beläget ca 15 min från Nyköping och ca 25 min från Skavsta flygplats. Detta mindre hus ligger intill gården med närhet till öppna åkrar och skog, med flera fina badplatser i närheten (med bil). Tillgång till mindre trädgård & uteplats, huset har kök, matrum & badrum på nedre våningen. Ovanvåningen har ett sällskapsrum och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng (180x200) och en våningssäng. Se bilder! Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Ludgo kvarn guesthouse de luxe

Unique accommodation in rural industrial building turned cozy quarters. The guesthouse de luxe comprises two buildings connected at the hip. The first is the standard guest house, with a fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining area, and a Bathroom on the ground floor, and a Loft that sleeps fourteen in bunk beds upstairs. In front there is a lovely greenhouse. The second building adds de luxe - an old concrete silo which now houses sauna, bar/lounge and a transparent roof bedroom.

Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.
