Archipelago house and sauna - private lake plot

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Brobylund

Now there is the opportunity to rent a cozy house located about 15 minutes from Nyköping and about 25 minutes from Skavsta Airport. This smaller house is located next to the farm with proximity to open fields and forest, with several nice swimming areas nearby (by car). Access to smaller garden & patio, the house has kitchen, dining room & bathroom on the lower floor. The upper floor has a living room and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bunk bed. See pictures! Sauna can be rented upon request. Bus connection is available.

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in the lake Yngaren. Now there is also the possibility to rent a fishing boat. Here you live spacious on two floors with a separate guest house with place for two people. Ground floor with newly renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The upstairs has a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom.

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Ludgo kvarn gästhus de luxe

Unique accommodation in rural industrial building turned cozy quarters. The guesthouse de luxe comprises two buildings connected at the hip. The first is the standard guest house, with a fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining area, and a Bathroom on the ground floor, and a Loft that sleeps fourteen in bunk beds upstairs. In front there is a lovely greenhouse. The second building adds de luxe - an old concrete silo which now houses sauna, bar/lounge and a transparent roof bedroom.
