Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The house is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in our villa. During low season, September - May. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during low season. The house is located in a quiet and rural location in nice Hunnebostrand. Approximately 2 km to shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.

The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Welcome to stay in our small cottage on the hill with a secluded location and a view of the Västerhav (North Sea). Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, a gym with an indoor pool, a cafe, a pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, an illuminated trail, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bicycle ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. Three bicycles are available to borrow.
