Hus från 20-talet med modern och stilfull inredning. Nära till kommunikation och bad. Parkering med plats för tre bilar. Allt praktiskt som man kan tänka sig. 170 kvm som är smart utnyttjade. Stilfullt inrett som ger en ombonad känsla. Havsutsikt och nära till natur med fina stigar bland klippor samt lekplatser för barn. Trädgård som möjliggör lek och grillning med tillhörande uteplatser samt balkong. Öppen spis som ger värme och lugn under kallare perioder, perfekt när man vill slappna av.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

The cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with layered white bedding, complemented by a woven pendant light overhead. Soft curtains frame the large window, allowing natural light to illuminate a small table with a lamp and a vase of flowers.

Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.
