Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Gammal ombyggd lada med gästrum och tillgång till fräsch "badstuga" med bastu, badkar, dusch och toalett. En säng 140 cm, extrabädd 60 cm kan tillhandahållas. Inget kök, men kyl, micro och vattenkokare finns. Affär och flera takeaways i närområdet. Nära till havet, bad och vacker natur. Om du inte kommer med bil: tåg från Göteborg till Kungsbacka, vidare med buss till Onsala kyrka, därefter gångväg ca 400 m.

Huset på höjden

Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
