It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

4 minutes walk to Hurlstone Park station, fully furnished and kitted out kitchen and onsite washing machine. Plenty of untimed on-street parking either just outside or 1 minutes walk away. From there you can either get in the Metro or regular train services to the city and rest of Sydney.
