Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
