The house is situated in the Sierra de Espadán mountains, 38 kilometers (24 miles) from the beaches of Benicàssim, and 8 minutes from the town of Onda, where you will find supermarkets, a market, pharmacies, and stores. The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.
