Casa en el Lago Luxury apartments is located in the historic center of Ioannina on a quiet pedestrian street a few meters away from Lake Pamvotida and the castle and is housed in an old mansion. The air-conditioned apartment includes free Wi-Fi, a balcony overlooking the castle as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a TV, a washing machine and an ironing system. Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a functional fireplace. Very close to a cafeteria, bakery, grill, mini market. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.
