Nascente, place in nature next to a waterfall

NASCENTE DA ALMA means SOURCE OF THE SOUL This house was restored and has most of it's original stone walls combined with modern architecture. It's a quant welcoming charming house sitting on almost a hectare of land, surrounded by greenery. While walking the paths, you can find small sitting areas, a waterfall, a small river, a natural restored cistern, an old mill and trees. The sound of the water is heard throughout the grounds. This is the perfect place to relax and be one with nature.

A spacious terrace is presented, featuring a stone floor, a dining table with six chairs, and two umbrellas providing shade. Surrounding views of the landscape and distant hills are visible, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Spacious and cosy, with air conditioning, living room with wood burning stove and garage with direct access, where you will find several bicycles to discover the surroundings.
