Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Välkommen till en vacker stuga direkt vid Vänerns strand. Det är ca 50 metern från stuga till sjö och en egen altan nere vid sjön. Intill stugan finns gräsmattor och en egen trevlig tomt. Stugan har en stor altan mot vattnet. Det finns tre stugor på tomten. De ligger intill varandra. -Storstuga med kök, vardagsrum och sovrum med dubbelsäng. -Sidohus med toalett och dusch. -Timmerstuga med ytterligare två sovplatser. Alla ingår i din bokning. Max 4 gäster. Hyresperiod minst 3 nätter.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

The farmhouse in the countryside near Karlstad.

We offer newly renovated and nice accommodation in our farmhouse. 10 minutes from Karlstad and 25 minutes from Kristinehamn. Close by/ exit to E-18 and the county traffic bus connection within walking distance. Pet and beautiful nature are in the corner. There is access to swimming and fishing in both Vänern and Gapern. For the golf enthusiast there are several golf courses in close quarters. In Väse a few miles away, there is the Wild Park where you can both skateboard and BMX.

Love life at Sjölyckan

Relax in this popular and unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. This is the place for those who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. A unique accommodation, for 1-4 people, worth visiting during all seasons. During the cold season, there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, jig fishing and ice skating.

Those of you who have an electric car have access to an electric car charger. Close to the city of Karlstad (about 5 km). Bus stop is nearby.
