Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Cottage by the sea with pool and new hot tub

This old cozy cottage is newly renovated. There is now a nice new kitchen, a new fully tiled bathroom, and a new bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a fireplace. On the property is a small cabin with two beds. We have a hot tub year-round for 6 people and a heated pool in the summer, approx. May 24 to June 30. Electric car outlet. A few hundred meters away there is a swimming dock with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation from 1884 with proximity to golf course, outdoor life, fishing, Sörmlandsleden and sea. The cabin was completely renovated in 2022-2024 and is located in a secluded location with nature as a view. A 72-meter cable car is available to use. 10 km to charming Nyköping city center and 100 km to Stockholm. 17 km to Stockholm Skavsta Airport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Newly built holiday home with pool near the beach

Holiday home in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The 40 sqm house was built in 2019 and has modern décor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. If you are on a transit or business trip and want to stay overnight, the accommodation is ideal. Wifi, TV and several streaming services are available. Good parking facilities, even for slightly larger service vehicles. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
