Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

While in the countryside, the Tuillère cottage is also at the gates of Brive-la-Gaillarde and close to the remarkable villages of Saint-Robert, Turenne, Collonges-la-Rouge and the tourist sites of Dordogne and Lot.

The house is very well equipped: large living room with TV , children's play area, reading area. Fully equipped kitchen. Pantry with freezer, washing machine, high chair, stroller. Large bedroom with dressing room, umbrella bed. Walk-in shower bathroom, double hair dryer vanity and plenty of storage.

The "Gite de l'atelier" is a typical Corrèze charming space furnished by an artist to make you feel calm, surrounded by beautiful objects in a natural setting in the heart of an old hamlet of sandstone and schist. My place is close to Arnac-Pompadour with its national stud farm, and halfway between Brive and Limoges, ideal for gathering with family or friends. You'll love my place because of the outdoor spaces, the comfortable beds, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups .
