Located in the countryside of the village of Armillac, close to the bastide of Miramont-de-Guyenne. 70 m² townhouse with independent entrance, comprising a living room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 1 bed (160 x 200), a third bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. A garden area with garden furniture under pergola and BBQ. Petanque court and swimming pool. For amateurs, there is the Barthe golf course 10 km from the house.
