The Acorn Guest House is a two-level, self-contained accommodation located 2 minutes from the ferry landing in Balfour, BC and only 30 minutes from Nelson. Rosedale accommodation is perfect for a family of four, two adults and two children, or three adults. Our property is situated in Rosebery Highlands 4 km from New Denver. We have four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the Valhalla Provincial Park. We have an amazing vista looking 20 km down Slocan Lake with incredible weather watching. There are beaches, cycling, hiking trails, skiing, and boating opportunities. We happily lend our canoe, with paddles and life jackets too.

A private hammock sanctuary overlooking Baerg Creek. Hike Saddle Mnt. Stroll the waterfront walkway. Mtn bike Mt. Abriel. Nakusp, Halcyon, Halfway and St. Leon Hot Springs.

Located just off the Main street in Nakusp, near restaurants and stores, the lake and beautiful boardwalk. A small and cozy suite, this air conditioned unit has a kitchenette serviced with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishes . Washer/dryer in suite. Private bathroom. Queen sized bed. Plenty of parking. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. Hot springs, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing in winter, kayaking, boating and swimming in the summer.

A minutes walk and your at the Kootenai lake surrounded by our beautiful mountains. The Cottage has everything you need to cook ( or not) relax ... yes! and just lay back. Clean cozy and comfortable. Then of course winter brings us some really great cross country skiing. If you love down hill we have White Water Ski Hill .

We are located in upper Kaslo, a short walk to trails along the river and a 15 minute walk to the village and the lake (or a 30 second drive! ) This cottage is a place to relax, take in the mountain air, and explore what Kaslo has to offer. Pet Friendly! There is a suite downstairs that is also a nightly rental.
