An eco friendly cozy home perched on a bluff with a pool extending right off the front deck. Beautiful views of Kootenay Lake, Duncan River and Selkirk Mountains. A hot tub is right next to the pool. An amazing 30 foot pond and 16 foot waterfall is located just around the corner from the pool. Over 50 hummingbirds patron our feeders. Two huge gardens with vegetables and fruit. Lots of hiking, low and high elevation. Wetlands, habitat reserve. 48 solar panels. Very private wilderness experience.

The Acorn Guest House

The Acorn Guest House is a two-level, self-contained accommodation located 2 minutes from the ferry landing in Balfour, BC and only 30 minutes from Nelson. Features include a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 ½ baths, a washer and dryer, patio and balcony, fire pit, and plenty of free parking with room for RV's or Trailers. Rosedale accommodation is perfect for a family of four, two adults and two children, or three adults. Our property is situated in Rosebery Highlands 4 km from New Denver. We have four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the Valhalla Provincial Park. We have an amazing vista looking 20 km down Slocan Lake with incredible weather watching. There are beaches, cycling, hiking trails, skiing, and boating opportunities. We happily lend our canoe, with paddles and life jackets too.

Newly built sweet cottage in the beautiful little village of Kaslo B.C. One street over from the downtown area. We have shops and eats and pubs and a Saturday market. A minutes walk and your at the Kootenai lake surrounded by our beautiful mountains. The Cottage has everything you need to cook ( or not) relax ... yes! and just lay back. Clean cozy and comfortable. Then of course winter brings us some really great cross country skiing. If you love down hill we have White Water Ski Hill .

Unplug and reconnect in this forested lakeview cabin only minutes from town. You'll be cozy while you clear your mind and take in nature's shifting views. A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

We are located in upper Kaslo, a short walk to trails along the river and a 15 minute walk to the village and the lake (or a 30 second drive! ) This cottage is a place to relax, take in the mountain air, and explore what Kaslo has to offer. Pet Friendly! There is a suite downstairs that is also a nightly rental.
