The renovation of the house was completed in July 2013, all the furnishings and fixtures are new. Elevator is available Breakfast is not available . Elevator is available from the garage to the garden floor . Our neighbor is starting to build a new villa and for about 2 years we will have a crane and workers near the house

Ristrutturata di recente con a vista sottotetto in legno antico. Ampia ed accogliente, con panoramica vista lago e una camera da letto su soppalco. Come riscaldamento abbiamo una bella stufa a legna in ghisa ,facile da accendere e subito crea un ambiente caldo e romantico! la legna si pagherà a parte alla alla consegna! Essenziale la cucina con microonde,macchina caffè americana, TV Sat .Taverna con volta e camino.
