Newly built TONI vacation home near Munich

Our modern vacation rental, completed in 2018, is located in the district of Dachau. The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Beautiful wooden terrace and garden with ping pong and trampoline!

Apartment

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Accommodation was completely renovated in 2023/2024. The tiled stove has remained and is my personal highlight, the small but nice balcony with awning also invites you to linger. Apartment with garden and parking space

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

Quiet 2 1/2 room apartment in Niederroth

The apartment is just steps away from the S2 train station, so it is super convenient to explore Munich and the surrounding area without a car. The apartment is bright, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Niederroth itself is a quiet and picturesque village, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Bavaria. Nearby you can find bakeries, cafes and traditional restaurants.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

Time out on a horse farm

You'll love this charming, unique place to stay. Experience the proximity to nature and spend time in this beautiful area, which invites you to walk and cycle. It is also excellent for giving yourself a little time out. Unfortunately, riding is not possible because I work with my horses on a different level and do not offer it. You will be welcomed by our dog Trixi.
