Stylish new-build apartment with a home theater projector and Netflix, a modern kitchen island and two super comfortable beds for up to 4 guests, 60 m², directly by the famous Scheyern Abbey. Ideal for families, couples and business travellers. The supermarket, cafe, beer garden and playground are within walking distance. You can reach Munich in about 45 minutes by car and Ingolstadt in 25. Private parking in front of the door, step-free access on the ground floor and self check-in included.

Apartment

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Apartment with garden and parking space

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

You'll love this charming, unique place to stay. Experience the proximity to nature and spend time in this beautiful area, which invites you to walk and cycle. It is also excellent for giving yourself a little time out. Unfortunately, riding is not possible because I work with my horses on a different level and do not offer it. You will be welcomed by our dog Trixi.
